Age and Residency Requirements

To register and use pk89, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk89 does not permit use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21, without exception.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or corporate entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be under any self-exclusion agreement with pk89 or any cooling-off period restriction that is currently active.

Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are explicitly prohibited from registering or maintaining an account on pk89, regardless of any prior relationship with the platform:

• Employees, contractors, officers, or directors of pk89, and their immediate family members residing in the same household.
• Employees or contractors of any game software provider, payment processor, or platform service partner with which pk89 has an active commercial relationship.
• Any person who has previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by pk89 for breach of these Terms, unless expressly reinstated in writing by pk89 management.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on pk89, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. The following information is collected during registration and must be truthful at all times:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official government-issued identification document.
• A valid and active Bangladesh mobile phone number, which will be used for account verification, password recovery, and optional two-factor authentication.
• Your date of birth, which must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• A secure account password that you have not used for any other online service, of sufficient complexity to protect your account from unauthorised access.

One Account Per Player Policy

pk89 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. You may not register, use, or knowingly benefit from more than one pk89 account. Specifically:

• Only one account may be registered per unique Bangladesh mobile phone number.
• Multiple accounts registered from the same device, IP address, or payment method are subject to investigation and may result in all related accounts being suspended without prior notice.
• If you lose access to your existing account, you must use the password recovery function rather than registering a new account. Contact support if recovery fails.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk89 login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk89 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk89 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. pk89 reserves the right to investigate any reported security incidents and take appropriate protective action, including temporarily suspending the account during the investigation.

Deposit Policy

All deposits to your pk89 account must be made through one of the officially supported payment methods listed on the platform. pk89 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits by Bangladesh players:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits via these methods are processed instantly and credited to your pk89 balance in real time.
• Local bank transfer: supported banks include BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh commercial banks. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to confirm.
• The minimum single deposit is ৳500. pk89 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pk89 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and third-party deposit attempts will be reversed and the depositing account investigated.

Withdrawal Policy

pk89 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions and processing times apply to all withdrawal requests made by Bangladesh players:

• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to supported Bangladesh commercial banks are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days. The exact timing depends on the receiving bank's clearing schedule.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional identity verification at pk89's discretion.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on file with pk89. pk89 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

General Bonus Conditions

pk89 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus balance, which is kept separate from your cash balance. Wagering requirements must be met before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• pk89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect bonuses already in active use at the time of the change.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including by registering multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.

Bonus Abuse Policy

pk89 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by pk89, coordinating with other players to systematically benefit from a promotion, placing low-risk or offsetting bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct that pk89 determines in its reasonable judgment constitutes an exploitation of the bonus system. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance cancelled, their winnings derived from abusive play forfeited, and their account suspended or terminated. pk89's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Technology and Fairness

All casino games offered on pk89 use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming technology provided by our game studio partners. The specific technology used is indicated within each game interface. Both technologies are subject to the following standards:

• RNG-based games use certified random number generation that has been independently audited to confirm that outcomes are statistically fair and not influenced by pk89, the player, or any third party.
• Live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers operating from certified studio facilities. Game results are determined by physical outcomes (cards dealt, wheel spin results) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, software errors, or live stream interruptions — pk89 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. pk89's decision on how to resolve technical malfunction disputes is final.

Prohibited Conduct During Gameplay

The following actions are strictly prohibited during gameplay on pk89 and will result in the immediate suspension of the offending account and forfeiture of associated balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card information in live games, or exploit any cooperative strategy that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, interface errors, or pricing anomalies to gain an unintended financial advantage. Players who discover a software error are obligated to stop play immediately and report it to pk89 support. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error will be voided.

• Deposit limits: you may set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days following the change request.
• Session time limits: you may set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be logged out automatically. This tool is intended to prevent unplanned extended play sessions.
• Cooling-off period: you may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. The cooling-off period cannot be cancelled once activated.
• Self-exclusion: you may request permanent closure of your pk89 account. This action is irreversible. Once a self-exclusion request is submitted and confirmed by support, the account will be permanently closed and no new account may be opened using the same identity details.
